This policy explains the information PawPulse processes when you track pet health, coordinate care, create reports, communicate with care teams, or purchase a subscription.

Information processed in the app

PawPulse processes account information, pet profiles, symptoms, weights, medications, reminders, appointments, vet details, care-team membership, care-room messages, caregiver profiles, marketplace requests, and reports or images you choose to upload.

Waitlist information

When enabled after legal review, the launch waitlist will collect an email address and whether you are interested as a pet owner or caregiver. Signups will be processed through Brevo with double opt-in and used only for beta or launch availability and download-link updates.

How information is used

App information is used to provide household collaboration, schedules, reports, invite links, care histories, marketplace workflows, subscription access, security, and support. Waitlist information is used only for the launch communications described above.

Sharing and processors

Pet information is visible to household members and report recipients according to access granted by the owner. PawPulse uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and stored app data, RevenueCat and applicable app stores for subscription processing, Cloudflare for the public site, and Brevo for the optional launch waitlist when enabled.

Your choices

You can edit pet and care details in the app, remove care-team access, export information, control reminders, and reset locally stored app data. Waitlist recipients may withdraw from launch emails through the unsubscribe link in any message.

Security and retention

PawPulse applies access controls intended to limit household data to authorized members. Information is retained as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect users and the service. Final retention and rights disclosures will be confirmed through launch legal review.

Children and updates

PawPulse is not intended for children under 13. This policy may be updated as features or legal requirements change and will show a revised effective date.
