Terms of Service

Pre-launch draft. PawPulse will publish reviewed terms and verified operator/contact information before accepting public signups or submitting the app globally.

These terms govern access to PawPulse, including pet health tracking, household collaboration, reports, caregiver marketplace tools, and paid subscriptions.

Health information

PawPulse helps organize information about pet care. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Seek a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns and urgent care.

Accounts and households

You are responsible for accurate account information and the people you invite to a household or pet record. Owners decide who receives care access, reports, reminders, and care-room messages.

Caregiver marketplace

Marketplace requests help owners and caregivers connect. PawPulse does not employ caregivers, guarantee services, or replace the checks and agreements appropriate for care arrangements.

Subscriptions

Owner Pro and Caregiver Pro are planned as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Available prices and any eligible introductory offer will be shown by the applicable app store at checkout. Renewal may be managed or cancelled through the purchasing store account.

Content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for pet records, chat messages, images, and reports you provide. You may not misuse the service, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, or share content you do not have permission to share.

Availability and changes

Features may change as PawPulse improves. Access may be suspended where necessary to protect users, animals, the service, or legal compliance. Updated terms will state a revised effective date.
